GENERAL RULES FOR ADMISSION
1. Number of students other than U.P. Board is not more than 30% of the total seats.
2. Students from outside U.P. would not exceed 10% of the total seats.
3. Natives of U.P. would avail the advantage of reservation; other state reserved category candidates would be treated as General category.
4. An affidavit has to be produced for any educational gap. The limit of such gap is for two years only. 2% marks are deducted for each year gap.
5. Once student is admitted one faculty, he cannot be shifted to other faculty.
6. Student has to apply separately for each faculty. In no condition the form will be transferred to other faculty.
7. No student shall be admitted in contravention of the admission rules or in excess of the number allowed under rules. The Vice-Chancellor shall have the power to cancel admission made in such contravention.
8. No person who is history-sheeter according to the police records or has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude shall not be given admission in the College and if already admitted, her admission shall be cancelled immediately after the facts of the case are known.
9. Where it is discovered that a candidate has been punished on account of using unfair means in any examination or has been expelled from any educational institution, she shall not be admitted. The College has the right to cancel, at any stage, the admission of a candidate if it is discovered that she was not entitled to admission in accordance with the prevalent rules and regulations. Admission, at any stage, may also be cancelled if deemed fit in the interest of the College.
10. Payment by a student of any dues shall not establish a claim to admission or re-admission.
11. A student shall not be admitted/re-admitted to any Department of the College, if her conduct in the previous academic session has been unsatisfactory or if it is discovered that she is suffering from a disease of a nature which may be detrimental to the health of other students of the College campus.
12. A student who completes her attendance in particular courses(s) shall not be given admission as a regular student in that semester. She should appear in the examination for that course(s) as an ex-student.
13. Inter-subject transfers will not be allowed at any stage of admission process.
14. In case of provisional admission in M.A. or P.G., if any, the candidate will be allowed to appear in the first year examination only after the submission of the final mark-sheet of the degree, which the use of unfair means by a candidate, detected at any stage, would lead to cancellation of her admission. It would also debar her from appearing in the admission test in future was incomplete at the time of admission.

16. There is no fresh admission in II and III Year at graduate and II year in PG in any subject.
17. Fees once deposited are not refundable under any circumstances.
18. If the number of applicants / admissions are not sufficient, the admission committee with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor / Govt. may decide to drop a course due to its non-viability.
19. For all purposes decision of the Admission Committee with the approval of Principal shall be final and binding on each applicant.
